Recently moved to Utah for a while, where i love the mountains and hate the food. So started to learn to cook. I work a lot so anything I cook has to be quick and given my meagre talents, easy to prepare. My partner likes plain, simple food which tempers my taste for creamy, rich food - somewhat.Favorite Foods
I have a newfound love of veggies and fish, but i eat pretty much everything. Except tofu. I just don't get tofu. Favourtive restaurant around here is Tiburon in Sandy, just outside Salt Lake. Wow. Martine's in Salt Lake is lovely too. Come to think of it, one of my preferred ways to spend an evening with a friend would be going out for a good meal, followed by cheese and red wine.Advertisement
