I teach Foods to wonderful high school students in Illinois! I cook for the fun of it and the art of it! Cooking is my passion! Right now I am reading Hallelujah! The Welcome Table by Maya Angelou. I love the stories food tells!Some reviews are written by my students who test recipes in my class.
