I live in Long Beach California, with my DH, a dog and three cats....all of which love my kitchen creations.Favorite Foods
My favorite thing to make is cookies...hands down. Although, this last Christmas, I got experimental and taught myself how to make tamales. I now have people placing orders for for special occasions!I prefer to do everything from scratch, if possible. My pet peeve is shortcuts when it's not needed, like using instant gravy packets and instant mashed potatoes. (yuck!)
